First Meeting of Pirates & Mermaid Group

3rd Pirate Group Meeting, we didn't take a photos the first 2 meetings, arrgh!

On April 12, Sunday at 3pm, we held the first gathering of the Pirates & Mermaid at the Golden Mermaid Villa. We decided to call our group "Piratas e Sereias de São Miguel and started a Facebook and Whats App Group. The groups purpose is to bring education and fun of Pirate history and folk lore of the Azores. With the goal of one day opening a Pirate & Mermaid Museum in Ribeirinha we hope to bring even more lively art to this magical island. We had 8 people attend the first meeting and nobody knew how to start a museum.
